Merge CMIEInjector and CMILIB Together

I know both plugins have a reason to be there...

CMIEinjecotr to be load before vault does...

CMILIB -to have a globa libary for all Zripsplugins.

Basicly CMIEInjector is also a small libarie..

So it would be nice to have CMIEinjector integrated into CMILIB.

Is there a reason for CMILIB not to load at first? might not..

But i see some advantages for this:

• Players dont need to get desicde Vault + CMIEInjecot or modified Vault...
• Players dont need to download this seperatre plugin.
• All players can use the one and official regular vault plugin, So Zrips does not need to modifie the orginal vault anymore...means..lesser work..
• When player talk about using vault we would not ask them anymore if Vault+CMIEinjecotr or modified Vault.

So it would be great if the code of CMIInjecotr could be added into CMILIB
