Request: Force icon size

Some action icons found in menus have a monochromic version at small sizes, and a colorful version at larger sizes. I don't know how plasma-hud and rofi choose which size to use, but the current here is a mix of monochromic and colorful icons.

I'd like to be able to force some consistency here.

If we can get that, I'll start worrying about getting the .ColorScheme-Text and .ColorScheme-Highlight or forced custom coloring applied, so I can better see those monochromic icons.
