LICENSE FILE NOT FOUND UNDER ROOT DIRECTORY

The LICENSE file is not fund in the root directory of this repo, is it ok for the author to fix this issue? It blocks some ppl who want to experiment with DiffIR but very cautious about licensing issues.

There are two LICENSE files under two sub-directories respectively, one sub directory mentions about a license in a .py file, one sub directory-- demotionblur does not have any license information.

There are some license files if no longer needed can be removed, which otherwise can be interpreted as the sub-directory or file is licensed differently than the rest of the repo.
DiffIR-RealSR/Metric/DISTS/LICENSE: this is an MIT license
DiffIR-RealSR/setup.py (inside the file mentions "BSD-3-Clause")
