The number of braces of the CMD19 function of the sdiodrv.c file does not match

The number of curly braces in the sdio_send_tuning_block function in the sdiodrv.c file does not match. There should be a problem here on sdiodrv.c-line705, but I don't quite understand it.

A quick look suggests line 705 was replaced by 706, but the difference got lost in a git merge. As a quick fix, just remove line 705. Dan
