For some reason, I'm experience an issue where Jared responds only one person in a group chat, and the rest of the people in it cannot see it. Yes, very absurd! But I've tested this with 10+ people. It seems to only work for a few people (any and all commands) and the others it seems to be a read only thing.

We are afraid it may be Apple blocking it. Anyone had or have heard of this issue?

yeah, i have a handle of the sort iMessage;+;chat777821953678576239. when i POST with that as the recipient.handle, nothing happens
