Second pod start hangs on Running wsrep_sst_rsync #27

With a fresh microk8s 1.14.4 cluster kubectl apply -k . gets mariadb-0 to Ready state, but mariadb-1 blocks during start.

Nothing happens after that last line. The state is minimal because all volumes were empty. The --address is the pod IP of mariadb-1.

No such issue on Minikube, both default (v1.15.0 + docker) and with --kubernetes-version=v1.14.4 --container-runtime=containerd which corresponds to my microk8s.

If I edit the configmap to set wsrep-sst-method=mariabackup the outcome is the same but the log ends with:

I wanted to try minikube with the kubenet network plugin that microk8s uses, but I fail to get an operational cluster with --network-plugin=kubenet.

Edit: According to https://kubernetes.io/docs/setup/production-environment/tools/kubeadm/create-cluster-kubeadm/ kubeadm doesn't support kubenet. And it looks like kubeadm is the only bootstrapper in the current minikube version.
