can you kindly update the requirements.txt file with the correct version of all modules?

I was able to run the 36 unit tests with these versions and python 3.7.9, in case this helps

numpy==1.19.2
keras==2.0.8
tensorflow==1.14.0
yoctol_utils
h5py==2.10.0
gensim
yoctol_keras_layer_zoo
pylint
