I have not been able to use any of the Mi Smart Plug / outlet plugin with chuangmi.plug.212a01 either. Neither this plugin, nor any other with IP+Token (and I am sure both are correct - Token checked in several ways).

It is really annoying as the smart plug has Australian socket, but it works on cloud only, all settings and switching on/off goes through China and everything has an insane response from AU/NZ.

Is this plugin still in development?

Unfortunately, this one does not work for me either (see my issue ticket there).
