The file lib_roundcube.zip persistes in cache/upload folder, so in Settings_ModuleManager_Library_Model::download() the zip file is not downloaded. It is required to delete the existing file lib_roundcube.zip.

Fixed in YF7.0.3
Now the package will be removed after installation, so it will not remain on the server ;)
