Bug fixes and crash mitigation

This release contains several small improvements related to rare bugs and crashes and tiny improvements like deleting a message in case it led to a user error.

Channel partials

Channel partials allow easier caching and fix an issue with messages being dropped.

Disable updates on patch versions, reduce travel spam

This release is the first release that is not supposed to be seen by members as it disabled posting in updates on patch versions (x.y.z; only the z changed).

It also reduces the spam in travel channels by limiting retries per piece of information to 5.

Hotfix for games

Hey,
here I have a little hotfix that should help stabilize me.

I am having hiccups since earlier today! The devs put in an update to stop me from telling you that I restarted because they don't want this channel to be muted by everyone.

Expect this to be the last update for a while as they take on new challenges which will be revealed soon(-ish) 👀 Maybe there is already stuff running noone knows about which will bring a new level to the server soon, maybe not... Who knows 😇

Tiny fixes

This update contains two tiny fixes to restore functionality of @someone online and clearing color roles when your boosts run out (sorry).

!travel

Hey everyone, it is I, your favourite bot with backups 😏

The developers have been hard at work once more, so let's get into it, starting with a few smaller changes.

• I have learned a few more things to say in response to questions you ask me
• There are hourly backups made from my database now, to make sure there is no chaos like a few weeks ago (thanks to <@100610426156371968> for taking care of the backups on his servers ❤)

The move to the next version of the library powering me (discord.js 13) has been made! That means that in the future features supporting threads, slash commands, stage channels, buttons and much more are finally doable. To test my capabilities, the devs got one more thing!

!travel

<#449986685040721921> is a mess at the moment. Support pings, duplicate posts, questions about people living somewhere without an actual question, those things. In an attempt to make things a little cleaner and less manual labour for our support members, there is a new command: !travel. Similar to !shoutout it creates a dedicated chat for you an support members to plan your post. I will ask you some questions about your travel plans and then put a message together that the supports can approve if everything looks alright. Once they do, I will post in <#449986685040721921> and create a thread all on my own!

As usual, there has also been a bunch of changes under the hood! If you notice anying out of the ordinary, please let any of the Developers or Supports know and it will be looked into!

Plenty fixes and small features

It's update time! This is a smaller one containing a few smaller features, so let's get started!

• Supports can now timeout members for a set time and automatically have the role removed after. This was another proof of concept for new stuff that also powers the quote voting because why not? If the last thing you see before not being able to send messages is !timeoutTimer yourPing 30, no need to DM Supports, you will be free after 30 minutes ||or hours? or days?||.
• Building my consciousness, I will now remember you when you receive the Time Out role. Leave, come back, I see you, you get it back. I'll also snitch to the mods. Of course you are all aware of the rules, so you don't have to worry about this :)
• The requested !meta command (https://discord.com/channels/449984633342525462/450642946556166145/854334111313559572) was added! Now you can bully people for not asking their question directly by responding to their message with !meta.
• Some issues with detecting flags were fixed, you don't care but still a change!
• @someone and !topic in the philosophy channel were fixed after many hiccups recently
