Hi, I have run the XPASS and wonder why the output format is different from the tutorial.
I set the file_predGeno and compPRS=T in the options, but from fit$PRS, I only can find the PRS_XPASS column, not the PRS_XPASS1 and PRS_XPASS2.
In the output$mu, the mu1, mu2, mu_XPASS1 and mu_XPASS2 are well computed,
and the code alternative code for PRS "predict_XPASS(fit$mu,ref_EAS)" also works well.
But I don't know why the fit$PRS output is different.
Thanks in advance.
