End structure going down

Hi,
i have problem with end island on your server, if players kill dragon, the main structures tend to move down i think 3 blocks, it's wery weird to me, but idk what can cause that. Could it be from this mod as it adds this custom structure generation ?
Modpack in mind here

After /end_island reset true
