Error code 2503 and 2502 when installing

When I try to install yarc I get an error

The error code is: 2503 and 2502

Weird, that means that it for some reason can't access the "Temp" folder. Do you have admin privileges on this computer?

i dont know How do I know if it has admin privileges

Here's a help article from the Krisp help page that should work in this case. Can you give it a shot? If that doesn't work, then I'm not too sure what the fix could be, unfortunately.

I did everything but it won't let me change the permissions :(

You're probably not using the admin user on your computer then. Are there any other accounts on this computer that might be able to change this?

I don't have any more users on this computer, isn't there a way to change it?

ok, i did it, but it does'nt work and the problem still there
