Custom Search Engine

Instead of EditShortcuts-like page.. I thought of another idea.
Just placed it as 6th option in SearchWith with name Custom or Browser.
Backend:
For chrome: use chrome search api if that radio button is selected
For Firefox: browser.search
For safari: Hide

User can this way use any search engines as defined in the browser's settings

Now that bookmarks is done, I think we should look at this.
We can add an toggle option, turning it on will ask for search permission.. just like for bookmarks
when on: Show one more search engine selector in Search with container
