xcodes install failing in sequoia 15.6

I am seeing failure when installing xcodes in sequoia 15.6

xcodes install 16.4
Apple ID Password (abc@gmail.com):
OSStatus error:[-99999] Unexpected error has occurred.

Downloading with aria2 (/opt/homebrew/bin/aria2c)
(1/6) Downloading Xcode 16.4.0+16F6: 99%
(2/6) Unarchiving Xcode (This can take a while)
Using regular unxip. Try passing `--experimental-unxip` for a faster unxip process

Anyone else facing the same?

I tried with sudo , i was able to install but problem with sudo is , it does not respect --use-fastlane-auth param and always ask for apple password.

Any help in this highly appreciated.
