Unable to install any version of Xcode after clean install of Xcodes via Homebrew #557

Describe the bug
I just did a fresh install of Xcodes via Homebrew. Logged in with my Apple ID. Tried to download 15.3 and it failed. All 15.x versions failed.

The error is in the screenshot below

To Reproduce

  • Install Xcodes with homebrew
  • Sign in to Apple ID
  • Attempt to install any Xcode version

Expected behavior
The version downloads

Version

  • OS: 14.4.1

I have the same bug (on the newest versions of Xcodes 2.2 (27), but a different error is appearing:

I had the same error message as @VladutDascalescu-Paramount and I was able to fix it by going to https://developer.apple.com/account and accepting their terms and conditions first, then going back to Xcodes.

Now Xcodes works as expected.
