RNAi times out

On staging the RNAi widget on the phenotye widget may timeout from being too large: http://www.wormbase.org/species/all/phenotype/WBPhenotype:0000062#04--10

The current plan is to not limit the number of results, pre-cache, and then see if it times out in production. If it does I will make a live release getting it to return the number of items found if the count is above a cutoff.
