Running as Administrator results in unexpected behavior when holding keys #249

Describe the bug

When running Wootomation as an Administrator, while holding any key, the key is actually being pressed over and over again as if to simulate it being held, resulting in repeating → press → release → press and so long for the duration of the hold, instead of just being held, the way it (seemingly) works when it is not ran as Administrator.

Noticed this while playing osu! when holding a slider (I can replicate, at least on my brand-new keyboard)
I needed it ran as Administrator on startup so that my macro could run files in the "Windows" directory. (Specifically Spotify app)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to properties of Wootomation.exe
    MY PATH: "C:\Program Files\Wootomation"

  2. Under "Compatibility" select "Run this program as Administrator"

  3. End current instance of Wootomation and start normally
