we should have a section similar to the following:

Nuget Install

Nuget CLI:

Install-Package Netduino.Foundation

Detailed Nuget instructions: Mac, Windows.

Instructions or a link through to the NuGet web page for the specific package?

Just thinking that if anything changes with how NuGet works then the instructions would change there (i.e. nuget.org) and we would not have to update any documentation.
