The https://github.com/atc0005/mysql2sqlite project was released yesterday. That project handles the majority of tasks that this one and its sister "Dev" project sought to cover.

While this project isn't technically shelved yet, it may be in order to put the focus on other projects.

FWIW: That project is authorized to use content from this one, including this project's name.
