Refresh settings to use stock Ubuntu 16.04 MariaDB or newer upstream version #6

There is probably a good reason I opted to use upstream MariaDB 10.0.x vs using the stock Ubuntu 10.0.x version, but at this point the upstream version of 10.0.x is no longer available/functional (AFAIK).

Will need to switch out for a different version.
