In addition to the sites supported before, email_ebook_deals.py now supports Deal of the Day announcements for:
* O'Reilly
* Microsoft Press
* Manning Books
Bulk emails (all sites in one) and separate emails are supported. BeautifulSoup is used for parsing instead of the regular expression grouping I used previously.

MOSTLY working update to email_ebook_deals.py that:
* Allows for sending one bulk email instead
* Pattern is specified in dict with url and description instead of hard coded in the prep_msg function.
I'm about to take a hacksaw to the code and try BeautifulSoup and other HTML/XML parsing modules.

Python script to fetch a web page and pull the title of the Deal of the Day/Week/whatever from the page. It's crude, but appears to work so far.
