The minimum (and quite adequate) would be a Pi 3 with 64 bit OS and 8Gb Sd card. That’s what I started with. I got a 3B to allow me to use a wired connection. You can run it in headless mode and connect to it from a PC on the same network.
Older SD cards make the software run a bit slower and are slower at updating.

Strong recommendation for a pi5, similar price as a 3 and much more grunt in the CPU and more ram options. I'm using mine with libreelec as a media player OS and using docker to run additional apps. 👍 |
