feat: updated Authenticate method and AuthConnectionConfig to use correct mechanism

Explanation

Update the SeedlessOnboardingController.Authenticate method and align with changes from the @metamask/toprf-secure-backup sdk, to enforce the correct implementation of GrouppedAuthConnection config.
