Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible:
When Cho'gall travels to Northrend, his event chain causes Ulduar to open allowing people to attack it but it does not remove the Ulduar closed down modifier and prevents the use of the open Ulduar decision. When you play as Cho'gall the Ulduar closed down modifier remains as well.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Have Cho'gall travel to Northrend.
