documentation of usage without cache

The configuration line (in the last image) to switch off the cache implies that the admin panel is required to use this feature.

I think for a good documentation this requirement should be mentioned (if it's correct) and an alternative way be shown, especially for the case that the admin panel is not installed.
The admin panel has currently in v12 by itself still at least one issue, so there are reasons not to install it.
