Feature request: Snippet library and synced snippets

A feature lets us define an installation of WP + FluentSnippets as our snippet library, and then use that library as a source of snippets for all our other WP installations by providing its URL in FluentSnippets settings.

Once a library source has been set, all snippets configured in it would become available for importing directly into the current install.

An amazing enhancement to this would be to import a snippet from the library as 'synced' so that any changes made to the snippet at the source library would update the corresponding snippet on all sites where it has been imported as 'synced'.

This would make it a breeze to maintain useful snippets for use across all our websites.
