Mark NVIDIA_DOCKER as deprecated #232

docker_functions.bsh:NVIDIA_DOCKER should be marked as deprecated. docker-compose, a dependency of docker (> 19.03), now includes as a dependency nvidia-container-runtime and nvidia-docker has been deprecated. So NVIDIA_DOCKER is no longer necessary. Instead, specify the runtime: nvidia entry in the docker-compose.yml file.

Exec-Nvidia-Docker and Nvidia-Docker should similarly be deprecated.
