sh compatibility for just_entrypoint.sh #198

While just_entrypoint.sh is sh compatible (at least in alpine, not sure about dash), just_env is not alpine sh compatible, because many bash files get loaded.

Consider restructuring so that just_env can be sh compatible (if this is possible)

If this is not possible, just_entrypoint should echo a warning about this, and suggest installing bash to fix
