Fail to install driver

Selecting VirtualAudioDriver.inf to install at Device Manager displays the following popup:

In the end I found the instructions for putting the certification file in the right place. Then Right clicking inf file did the install. You can right click the Cert file to install it, and it's got to end up in Trusted root cert authorities on local machine.

"You can use MMC to Install certificate to Windows 11 after you have download from CA Authority.

Start by typing in mmc.exe in Run to launch Microsoft Management Console.

From the pop-up window, select Certificates under “Available Snap-ins” and then click Add.

Could you be a bit more specific? Where are these instructions? Is there a more detailed installation guide somewhere?
