Issues initiating audio or video in mobile browser

Hi there. All the functions work properly in the web browser. However, when using the microphone and camera functions on mobile phones, errors are reported directly (without prompting me to turn on the permissions). I've checked the permissions and compatibility and everything is normal. What could be the reason for this?

Hi! What is the browser you are using? In my case on mobile it doesn't work on Chrome (it doesn't ask for permissions as you've said), but works fine on Edge.
