Getting the current BinaryView object in GetInstructionInfo, GetInstructionText arch callbacks

Is there a way to get the current BinaryView object associated with the address passed to GetInstructionInfo and GetInstructionText architecture callbacks?

The motivation for this is google/binja-hexagon#2
