Seperate docs based on go source files

Pallas currently puts everything together as one thing, this works for most projects, but for vib, where we have multiple files in the same directory, all with package main, and all sharing same functions, it can get very confusing

It would be nice if pallas had an option to specify directories where the documentation should be generated on a per-file basis, instead of putting everything into one
