Merged and splitted labels

I'm wondering if it's possible with PdfLabel to make a simple layout with two columns merged, and beneath that two colomns splitted. That both have the data of one label/product. The intention is to make shelf cards, with data from Excel.

Datafields that are relevant, per label:
Productname (in two merged columns)
Weight + Unit (in one splitted colum) with Code (in other splitted column).
