Need to work out the best way to package app approvers + dependencies to deploy via LCFG

Check dependencies to see if they can just be pulled in via yum, else something like https://github.com/kevinconway/rpmvenv can pull in everything pinned in the virtualenv.

Most dependencies seem to be available from the UoE repos. I have a yummyfile that will deal with most of them. I'll look at getting python-jss packaged up.
