incostitent versions between deployed and npm-published

the branch dev has been deployed to testnets. However, the related npm package has not been published.
Therefore, it is not possible to integrate with the latest deployed version of the universal router by using it as an npm package.
It would be nice if you kept track of it and made sure the published versions are consistent.
