A L2(Layer2) circuit is a "virtual cable" from one port in the network to another port on another site.
Monitoring of these circuits are not done by zino1, but as our network now consists of a large number of these connections it would be interesting to monitor the state of them. monitoring for now is done by the customer calling us on issues with one of them.
On juniper these circuits are exported to snmp by the
jnx-vpnmib.https://www.juniper.net/documentation/software/topics/concept/mib-jnx-vpn.txt
