A typical two-step operation for someone at the NOC / Service Center is to create a ticket for an incident, and then acknowledge the incident in Argus (not necessarily in that order).
We see that in many cases, the operator's only comment during acknowledgement is a link to the corresponding ticket, even if there is already a separate data field for that.
It could be interesting to add a feature where the acknowledgment form also offers the ability to post a ticket URL or create a ticket (using the recently release ticket integrations) as part of the acknowledgement operation.
