Default username and password for Argus-frontend docker-compose container?

Hello,

I am setting up Argus+Argus-Frontend with docker-compose. I have the containers up and can pull up the frontend on a browser. What is the default username and password to log in? I have been searching the documentation and I cannot find it.

Hi @rfeltstykket . Out of curiosity, where did you search, and where did you expect to find this information? We can always stand to improve our documentation :)

There is no default username and password - the initial admin user and its password needs to be created after Argus is started for the first time (what is termed initial_setup).

The reference is in two places; two times in the README file and once in the official docs:

I think perhaps this bit defers too much to the Django docs. If you forget to make note of the randomly generated password when the initial admin user is created, you can always reset it using something like

django-admin setpassword admin my-new-secret-password
