ENHANCEMENT: Color tables for dual pol products

Kevin Polston woild like to see dual pol radar products included in imgtyp.tbl. These would include:

ZDR, DCC, N0K, N[1 2 3 A B]K, N[1 2 3 A B]H, HHC, N[0 1 2 3 A B]C and the same for the N0X—>NBX

"Yes that took care of the reflectivity and velocity issues. NMAP2 still crashes when I try to load NVL(old VIL Product), NTP (old total precip product), NMD(mesocyclone product), and the N0S (storm relative velocity product). But everything else seems to be working. TDWR still like what I said before."
