Everything that needs to be completed for the first release, based from ff093f2

Create a new directory to place the template in on user's machine instead of the current one
Update README.md for the template, with handlebars included
Add remaining fields in the prompt
- homepageUrl
- installationUrl
- bugsUrl
Conditionally include fields based on type (node or executable)
Update README.md here
Create tests and setup Travis
