Black screen crash on reset in training lab #39

This is how I can reliably get the crash to happen:

Go into training lab as marth v marth
Set CPU counter action (air) to forward air
cpu% 30%
trajectory DI no DI
dpad right
combo (or fail to combo) fair into fair
dpad left
This makes unclepunch blackscreen but not shut down, i use task manager to close dolphin. Downloading and applying the patch again does not fix the issue.

My vanilla ISO checksum is 0e63d4223b01d9aba596259dc155a174
and i download the unclepunch patch from https://smashboards.com/threads/training-mode-v3-0-updated-12-26-20.456449/.
