Saves state not being as implied and other criticisms on how stages are handled. #34

When trying to experiment on other non-legal stages I noticed that the saves state saves player data, but not stage data.

Example of this is when on Mushroom Kingdom I, in this video (link below this paragraph) neither the brick blocks, nor the the weighted platform "save stated" Only things that stay the same are P1 and P2's position, animation, percent, state, and percent. But stage data does not save. Making this inconsistent as a tool to train, especially in combo contests.

Another issue with not saving the stage state is that stages like Poke Floats are a nightmare to lab on, and the video highlight that issue.

Another issue I have with how stages are handled are on the legal stages as well. All of the legal stages are put in a frozen state, stuff like FoD plats not moving, and Randal on Yoshi's not showing. Im aware that these changes were probably made to make it more consistent, and simpler to lab combos on, however, this does not allow for labbing of variations of combos & tech on these stages that would be in competitive tournaments. A fix I would suggest is not removing the frozen stages, but having an option to toggle them.
