Add list view to search results #18

It would be nice to be able to view search results as a list of people in addition to or as an alternative to the map view.

Advantages of the list view include:

It makes the map application more accessible for people with limited vision.
It can make it easier to view people by name or other attributes.
For extra points, we could add the ability to export / download the list as a .csv file.
