https://r-spatial.org/r/2022/04/12/evolution.html explains why these packages are being retired. Please take action - other packages using inlmisc are already showing up as errors if they import inlmisc even with no use of these packages (geomerge).

This also impacts RSurvey. Note that from raster 3.6-3, none of the retiring packages are even suggested, so it may well be that the use of terra in raster removes the bulk of your dependencies on the retiring packages.
