thank you so much for making this repository and the detailed instructions available. Your work has been incredibly helpful for researchers like me who are working in the field of Alzheimer's disease. I truly appreciate the effort you've put into this project.

I am currently following the instructions in data/adni/README.md regarding Image (MRI) Preprocessing, but I encountered a couple of points that I hope you can clarify for me:

  1. In the README, it mentions "save files as {Subject ID}_{Scan date} format." Could you please elaborate on what this means? Should the filenames be manually renamed to this format after downloading, or is there a specific script or tool that automates this process?

  2. When I attempted to download the MRI data from the ADNI database, I noticed that there doesn't seem to be an option to download all the results in one go (please see the screenshot below for reference). Instead, it appears that I would need to manually download thousands of individual files. Is this the intended process, or is there a more efficient way to batch download the data?

I apologize if I missed something obvious, but I wanted to make sure I am following your instructions correctly. Any guidance or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you again for your time and support!
