Should we align Software Engineering 'principles' content template with an Open Group framework?

1 - Accepted naming for this is 'principles' rather than 'principals' (e.g. https://pubs.opengroup.org/architecture/togaf9-doc/arch/chap20.html)

Can accept change once above is reflected in:

• templates
• assets
• any other directories or mentions

2 - Base Software Engineering Principles on the TOGAF template for Architecture principles as below (may require discussion, though note that current format is largely compliant already)

• Name
• Statement
• Rationale
• Implications
