Incompatible with newer versions of MLIR

I am using the new version of MLIR for my project and I am considering referencing your repository, but when I build it I find that you rely on a version of MLIR that is 3 years old or older, and many features are no longer supported or have changed. Will you consider updating to the new version of MLIR?
