Video not found

If KissAnime goes down and i try to play an anime episodes (D gray man s1e12) I get the message "video not found". I check on my mobile until KissAnime is back online and then go to my KissAnime channel and try to play the same episode(D gray man s1e12). When i play a different episode(D gray man s1e13) it works. There is a problem with the cache settings. I have to un-install, delete cache and re-install for episode to play.
