Option to re-register if old ActivityPub webhook secret is lost but deploying for the same domain #1288
Description
User may change servers or lose their Ghost servers, and when they try to set up a new one, ActivityPub won’t connect, displaying the error:
ERROR No webhook secret found - cannot initialise.
